Delivery conditions
Based on the total weight and volume of your order we will invoice you the net cost of the delivery. These charges are always in accordance with the latest transport rates of TNT, UPS, Fedex or DHL. Based on our volume with these express couriers we obtained very competitive transport rates.
We will inform you about this prior to the delivery through our offer. The delivery times stated shall never be regarded as a statutory limit unless otherwise has been expressly agreed. Brand-Butler aims to comply as good as possible with the agreed delivery date but cannot be liable for costs, damages or interests which arise as the result of delay in delivery. The indicated delivery dates apply after reception of the order confirmation. In case of imprinting any products, these will be defined after reception of your artwork, or in case you have requested a digital proof, after the approval of this.
Delivery on alternative address
If you want to use an alternative delivery address, you will need to indicate this at your account details by selecting "other delivery address", after which you may fill out the desired address for the delivery of your goods.
Delivery method
All deliveries with a total weight of max. 100 kg will be sent by DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT.
We will apply the transport costs depending on the delivery address.

Indicated rates are indicative only. Deliveries are inclusive of (standard)-packaging, and exclusive of 21% VAT.
Free samples
In case you order your goods based on the previously ordered sample, the costs of these (excl. delivery costs) will be credited on your invoice.
The samples which you received but which you have not consequently ordered, will be invoiced. Samples will never been taken back by Brand-Butler.
Returned goods
Whilst our products are specially selected for their high quality, problems can arise from time to time. In case you would receive a damaged or incomplete delivery, we kindly request you to contact our Customer Service at : +31 (0) 13 302 90 92
Goods may only be returned after the written agreement of Brand-Butler and at the client's expense and risk and such shall never imply any acceptance of liability. Products being processed with your personalised imprints, embroidery or engraving will not be taken back by Brand-Butler. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction!
